Welcome to Natural Earth Collective! Thank you for supporting my small business. Below you'll find all the information you need about our shipping policies.
Processing Times
- One-of-a-Kind and Collection Pieces: These items will typically be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Made-to-Order Pieces: Processing time for these handcrafted items is 7-10 business days.
Shipping
At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping options:
- USPS First Class Mail: Delivery within 5-10 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking details to become available.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Lost/Stolen Items
Once your package leaves my studio and is in the hands of the USPS, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items. For any issues, please contact your local postal office. All shipments include insurance, so you may file a claim with USPS if needed.
Damage During Shipping
If your items arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at info@naturalearthcollective.com with photos of the damage, and I will assist you.
Returns and Exchanges
- Collection Pieces and One-of-a-Kind Items: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Made-to-Order Items: I am happy to exchange made-to-order items for another item within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once I have received and processed your returned items and they are in original resale condition, you will receive an exchange.
Additional Information
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
- Handling Times: Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or lost packages.
- Gift Orders: If you would like your order gift-wrapped or have special instructions, please let me know at checkout.
